(a) 0.3 or 0.4
Whole part for both is 0.
Tenth part for 0.3 is 3 and for 0.4 is 4
∵ 4>3
∴ 0.4 > 0.3

Hundredth part for 0.07 is 7 and for 0.02 is 2.
∵ 7>2
∴  0.07 > 0.02
